Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within the United Kingdom.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect to receive your order within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase (2 days handling + 3–5 days shipping).

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
