Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
